NECROMANCY is about a sorceress teaming up a "familiar spirit" (the snake) to assist her in conjuring up the spirit of a lost friend who manifests as the wind. TRAGIC JOE is an Art film about a man who points at himself for the loss of his only child right before the pandemic lockdown. He finds solace through the mysterious appearance of a tin-can phone that leads him to find his lost child’s favourite toy. I shot this (with dancer/choreographer Roger Sinha) over a span of 4 hours when the mandatory pandemic isolation was lifted, and with proper safety protocols.
